I always encourage young women to prioritize their education and commit to lifelong learning. It’s equally important to surround yourself with positive, supportive people who uplift you and inspire growth. The company you keep can have a powerful impact on your confidence and success in this industry.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in investor finance right now is navigating relationships with difficult or high-pressure stakeholders. It requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain solutions-focused under stress. At the same time, these interactions also present opportunities—to build trust, sharpen negotiation skills, and grow as a leader in high-stakes environments.
